    SUBMISSION NOTICE: The EADF is a creative entity which establishes joint ventures and participates in numerous and diverse projects.   By making this submission through this system you hereby acknowledge that the EADF may already be involved with an existing project similar or identical to your project, or  it may develop a similar or identical project to yours in the future.  By completing this submission you warrant and represent that you are either the sole owner, or an authorized party of the owner(s), of the  copyrights, trademarks, story lines, ideas, characters, music, visualizations, etc. and have taken all necessary steps to protect these works under applicable law as the EADF will not be bound by any confidentiality agreement unless agreed to in writing should it have interest in the project/company being evaluated via this submission.
