The EADF mission is simple...to inspire innovation and monetize dreams. While this might seem a bit too "Kumbaya" for some investors, the EADF is being built on a strong foundation of business and marketing disciplines that will help ensure its success.
Our "Octopus Strategy" is at the heart of that foundation. Simply put, each portfolio company, project or brand we invest in represents another business tentacle that has reach into a specific demographic/consumer touch point. The job of each tentacle is to capture consumer impressions and data (the Customer/Fan Base) and deposit this critical information back into the head of the octopus (our marketing data-base) where it can be analyzed, shared and leveraged by the other projects/tentacles. Because the majority of EADF investments will be demographically and psychographically aligned, weaker tentacles can be supported by the stronger ones.
Cross-pollinating our data and co-promoting our products, brands and services across our portfolio companies, will make our marketing more efficient and allow the cumulative "Fan Base" to grow exponentially, thus stimulating sales, brand awareness and enterprise value across all EADF projects/portfolio companies.
